Nadia is a compassionate and dynamic physiotherapist with over 24 years of experience specialising in neurological conditions. Since graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2001 she has worked across acute hospital wards, specialist rehabilitation centres, community outpatient clinics, and the voluntary sector. Nadia is known for her holistic and inclusive approach to rehabilitation. She prioritises fully understanding each client’s unique challenges and actively involves individuals, their families, and carers in goal setting and treatment planning. Her approach ensures that rehabilitation is grounded not only in physical recovery but in emotional and social wellbeing as well.
For more than 15 years, Nadia has been deeply involved with Headway—the brain injury charity—initially in East London and later in Jersey. In London she began as the sole therapist and over time rose to lead a multidisciplinary team and helped to develop and expand a structured therapy service tailored to individuals with brain injury. Since relocating to Jersey, she has continued her engagement with Headway, applying her expertise to support the charity’s mission locally.
Professional development remains central to Nadia’s practice. She has pursued postgraduate courses in adult neurology and aquatic therapy and maintains professional registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). She is also an active member of the Aquatic Therapy Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (ATACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Neurology (ACPIN).
When not practising, Nadia cherishes an active family life with her three energetic boys: she enjoys running, walking the dog, and exploring the outdoors. Her personal commitment to wellness reflects the same holistic philosophy she brings to her professional practice.
