Settling Payments
CNS Neuro Rehab & Elderly Care is open to everyone whether they are self-funding or those who have private medical insurance. For individuals who are self-funding invoices are raised monthly in arrears. Payment is due 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payment can be via bank transfer (BACS is easiest) or by cheque should you prefer. The costs for medical letters and onward referral letters, as well as cost for equipment or consumables are in addition to the fixed fees for the appointment.
Private Insurance Policy Holders
CNS Neuro Rehab & Elderly Care has contractual agreements with some insurance providers. We kindly ask that prior to booking with us you have contacted your insurance provider to gain authorisation for your assessment and on-going sessions with us. Insurance companies set guidelines to what they may pay for each session so please ensure that you are aware of any shortfall or excesses in your policy that you may have to pay as this is your liability. Costs for medical letters and onward referral letters, as well as cost for equipment or consumables are unlikely to be covered by your health insurance company and will be invoiced to you.
Cancellations or Unattended Appointments
Unless you notify CNS Neuro Rehab & Elderly Care Ltd. at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for any cancellations or nonattendance the full cost of the appointment will be charged. This cannot be passed onto Health Insurance for those claiming through a policy. You can opt for a telephone or video consultation as an alternative option for an appointment.
